We provide onsite, in-store, and remote diagnostics for all your technology needs. All repairs are quoted as flat price (parts and labor). This means that all the research, technical analysis, diagnostics, and parts availability research is done BEFORE you commit to proceeding on a project. We figure out EXACTLY what is required to fix your computer and explain the project before you sign off. If your project is not in line with your budget, there is NO obligation.
